without planning permission the installation of a window at first floor level and a roller shutter and shutter box on the front of the property.  The requirements of the notice are i. Either remove the unauthorised first floor window and make good the resultant opening in the brickwork with brickwork to match that of the existing property OR ii. Remove the existing glazing and install level 5 obscure glazing in the window which shall be retained thereafter; iii. Remove the roller shutter and shutter box.  The period for compliance with the requirements is four months.  The appeal is proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
