The requirements of the notice are (1) Cease the use of the land for the stationing of caravans and tents for holiday purposes; (2) Permanently remove the caravans and tents from the land; (3) Dismantle and remove the toilet/shower block marked in purple on the attached plan; (4) Dismantle and remove the compost toilet/shower block marked in green on the attached plan; and (5) Remove the electric hookups. The period for compliance with the requirements is 2 months. Appeals A and B are proceeding on the grounds set out in section 174(2)(b), (c), (d) and (g) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
