What decided it

The proposed extension would be positioned significantly below the SPD separation distance guideline and would unacceptably harm the living conditions of neighbouring occupiers through increased overlooking and an overbearing appearance, whilst also detracting from the character and appearance of the streetscene through its disproportionate width and bulk.
