What decided it

The outdoor area's long-established lawful use since 2010 without restriction, combined with no neighbour objections and the club's neighbourly operation, meant that restricting hours to align with the host premises' operating hours (23:00) rather than the more restrictive 21:00 was reasonable and necessary to protect neighbouring living conditions.
