The Highways Technical Note providing speed survey evidence demonstrating that the proposed visibility splays would not create an obstruction to highway users and would not adversely affect highway safety, combined with the comprehensive landscaping details ensuring hedgerow replacement and the imposition of a materials condition for the access bell mouth, satisfied the requirements of Schedule 2, Part 6, Class A of the GPDO.
