What decided it

The building's very considerable scale and the absence of evidence demonstrating that it was reasonably required for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of Meadow Cottage as a dwellinghouse, particularly given the lack of evidence of an actual classic car collection and the excessive extent of storage and office space.
