The proposed outbuildings would not have any substantially greater visual impact than the existing established use of the site and would not significantly alter the character or appearance of the countryside and AONB.

The replacement of the existing storage barn with two ancillary outbuildings would not compromise the character and appearance of the countryside and AONB, and the appeal was allowed.
