Main issues, as the Inspector framed them
- Whether condition 6 of planning permission 17/02770/FUL, requiring removal of all existing buildings before commencement of construction, should be replaced with a condition requiring removal before occupation of the dwellings
What decided it
At no time during implementation would there be any greater loss of spatial openness of the Metropolitan Green Belt than would result on completion of the development, and the replacement condition would not result in any harm to the Green Belt.
