The noise and disturbance from the proposed dog kennels would significantly erode the tranquillity of this particularly tranquil part of the Cotswolds AONB, to which great weight must be attributed, and this harm significantly and demonstrably outweighs the economic and employment benefits.

The potential economic benefits and efficient use of redundant agricultural buildings were outweighed by the significant harm to the AONB's tranquillity, to which great weight must be given.
