What decided it

The risk of the installation damaging the adjacent trees has not been sufficiently explored and the potential benefits of the scheme would not outweigh the significant harm to trees which make an important contribution to the surrounding area.

The considerable benefits of providing high quality communications infrastructure were outweighed by the significant harm to trees which make an important contribution to the character and appearance of the area and potentially to the Barham Park SINC.
