What decided it

The proposed increase in volume and height immediately south of the neighbouring conservatory would markedly reduce natural light levels and cast shadow, significantly undermining the enjoyment of that room and unacceptably compromising living conditions contrary to paragraph 130(f) of the Framework and development plan policies.
