The very limited adverse impact on the neighbouring property's daylighting was outweighed by the benefits of delivering 6 dwellings towards the housing land supply shortfall, economic and social benefits, and the preservation and enhancement of the Town Gardens Conservation Area and potential biodiversity gains.
