What decided it

The amendment to condition 4 allowing Sunday and Bank Holiday opening would generate additional vehicle movements, test drives and footfall creating distinguishable disturbance to neighbouring dwellings on days when they currently enjoy tranquillity, which would not be outweighed by minimal economic benefits.
