What decided it

The use of the land for tented camping and holiday caravans, together with the associated operational development, is wholly incongruous with the distinctive rural landscape character of the Lake District National Park and causes unacceptable harm to the living conditions of adjoining residents, contrary to the development plan with no material considerations of sufficient weight to indicate otherwise.
