What decided it

The proposed Street Hub, being similar in size to the existing telephone kiosk and positioned within a context of varied street furniture and existing digital advertisements, would not appear incongruous or unduly obtrusive and would preserve the character and appearance of the conservation area and the setting of the listed building.
