The proposal conflicted with Schedule 2, Part 16, Class A, Paragraph A.3(7)(b) of the GPDO 2015 as it was contrary to the safeguarding objection from London Southend Airport operators, with insufficient evidence provided to demonstrate no impact on instrument flight procedures.
