as follows: The development of Plot 1 in a manner not in accordance with condition 2 of planning permission 2017/0796 specifically approved plan RL/10 Rev J(5)(B) dated 7/12/17 by the exclusion of parking spaces along the rear boundary of the plot (the photos attached to the notice show the land without the provision being made)
