Main issues, as the Inspector framed them
- The effect of the proposed development on the character and appearance of Nos. 26 & 28 Victory Avenue and the Victory Avenue street scene
What decided it
The large pitched roof dormers would create a top-heavy and incongruous appearance that conflicts with the simple, uncluttered design of the original bungalow and would be particularly jarring when viewed alongside the existing small flat roof dormer at the adjoining property.
