The proposal accords with Policy SWDP 8G as a specific exception to the countryside development restrictions in Policy SWDP 2, and while it creates some tension with Policy SWDP 4 on sustainable travel, this is outweighed by the Framework's recognition that rural live/work development must necessarily be located in less accessible locations.
