What decided it

The proposed 1.8m high fence along Cricketfield Road would unacceptably harm the outlook and living conditions of neighbouring residents by appearing unduly prominent and overbearing in close proximity to their small rear gardens, and this harm was not outweighed by the school's safeguarding objectives.
