What decided it

The chalet qualifies as holiday accommodation supported by Policy 5 of the Local Plan, and as operational development it became immune from enforcement action more than four years before the notice was issued, making it appropriate to grant planning permission for tourism use rather than leave the structure on-site without a lawful use.
