What decided it

The unacceptable harm to the living conditions of the occupants of No 74 Holmefield Road caused by the prominence and dominance of the 20-metre pole, combined with unresolved concerns about air traffic control interference and the failure to demonstrate that the appeal site was the least harmful option available, outweighed the public benefits of the 5G installation.
