What decided it

The proposed outbuildings could reasonably be considered extensions to the dwelling under NPPF paragraph 154(c) as normal domestic adjuncts, and their scale, whilst larger than previous buildings, would not be disproportionate to the original dwelling when assessed cumulatively.
