The imposition of conditions restricting operating hours to between 06:00 and 21:00 on weekdays and 08:00 and 21:00 on Saturdays, with no Sunday operation, would prevent disruptive vehicular noise during sleeping hours and protect the living conditions of neighbouring occupiers.
