What decided it

The proposed side dormer extension would be harmful to the character and appearance of the Stroud Green Conservation Area and would fail to preserve or enhance it, contrary to section 72(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and paragraph 208 of the Framework, with limited public benefits insufficient to outweigh the harm.
