What decided it

The absence of specific information to demonstrate that adequate levels of sunlight and daylight would be provided for the proposed new dwelling, with main windows being single aspect facing west opposite a three-storey building, meant the proposal failed to comply with policies requiring sufficient daylight and sunlight.
