The appeal building is a modest, redundant, lawfully constructed structure worthy of retention that would be converted without extension, retaining its agricultural character and providing limited enhancement to the immediate setting through landscaping, thereby according with Policy 7 of the Local Plan and not harming the character and appearance of the Cornwall National Landscape.
