The site, although outside the settlement boundary, forms part of Bournheath village due to its physical relationship to existing development and the pattern of sporadic fields between properties in the area, and the proposal for up to 2 dwellings constitutes limited infilling permitted under NPPF paragraph 154e and BDP Policy BDP4.
