The proposed camping pods, being small and simple structures in a well-screened woodland location with minimal landscape impact, satisfied Policy DMR1 of the Peak District National Park Development Management Policies 2019, and the modest increase in traffic on Riley Lane would not materially harm the user experience of the Public Right of Way.
