Main issues, as the Inspector framed them
- Whether the proposed development would provide appropriate off-road parking
- The effect on the safety and operation of the highway
What decided it
The loss of all off-road parking for the appeal dwelling without alternative provision fails to comply with Core Strategy Policy T-2 parking standards, and this conflict with the development plan is not outweighed by any material considerations.
