Without planning permission, (i) The demolition of the boundary wall and metal railings along the north-eastern boundary of the sire as depicted in the attached photograph labelled "Photograph 1", to create a means of access onto a classified highway, in the approximate location identified by a blue line on the attached plan titles "Map 2", and (ii) The erection of an outbuilding on the eastern boundary of the above land in excess of 2.5 metres in height within 2.0m of the boundary when measured from ground level shown in the approximate location coloured green on the attached plan titles "Map 2"
