What decided it

The composite front door's material, mouldings and glazing pattern starkly differ from the original timber doors with multiple panes characteristic of the terrace, thereby failing to preserve the character and appearance of the Conservation Area contrary to Policy 15 of the CAMP and PfE Policies JP-P1 and JP-P2.
