Although the Council cannot demonstrate a five-year housing land supply and the proposal would provide some limited socio-economic benefits, the likely significant adverse effect on the integrity of habitat sites, in accordance with Paragraphs 11(d)(i) and 195 of the Framework, provided a clear reason to dismiss the appeal, outweighing any benefits.
