What decided it

The proposal fails to accord with the spatial strategy in the Local Plan, particularly Policy DM4 which explicitly prohibits new static holiday caravans outside designated holiday park areas on the Isle of Sheppey, and the three caravans would create a harmful visual extension of the adjoining holiday park.
