The proposed dwelling's significantly increased volume, scale, bulk and mass, particularly at first-floor level with its twin gable ends, would create an incongruous and unduly prominent structure that would unacceptably harm the rural character and appearance of the countryside contrary to Policies LPRSP9, LPRSP15, LPRQD4 and LPRHOU11.
