The evidence that oblique views from the neighbouring dormer windows would be maintained despite the increased depth of the extension, combined with the absence of significant overshadowing and the imposition of a condition to prevent further window openings, meant the proposal would not result in an unacceptable effect on the living conditions of the neighbours.
