The appellant failed to provide sufficient precise and unambiguous evidence to demonstrate on the balance of probability that a Class C4 use of the property continued uninterrupted from before 16 September 2014 until the date of application, particularly given the unexplained discrepancy regarding the use during 2015 and the incomplete evidence of occupation thereafter.
