The proposal would result in the loss of a small/medium sized dwelling in the SDNP by exceeding the 30% floorspace uplift limit and the 120m² threshold, conflicting with Policy SD31 which seeks to retain the supply of such homes, with no exceptional circumstances or significant appearance enhancement to justify the departure.
