What decided it

The contradictory evidence regarding when residential use commenced, combined with the 2023 planning application's failure to reference the caravan as residential accommodation and its indication that the appellant had separate rental accommodation, meant the appellant failed to discharge the burden of proof that the use had been continuous and uninterrupted for 10 years before 28 November 2014.
