What decided it

The spatial strategy of the Exmoor Local Plan does not require the Farmhouse to remain restricted to holiday purposes as no suitable alternative use complies with local plan policies, and the removal of the conjunction condition would not materially worsen living conditions between the two dwellings if mitigating conditions are imposed.
