What decided it

The proposed padel courts would generate noise of a character and frequency significantly different from existing activities, located closer to neighbouring properties, which would harm the living conditions of occupiers in breach of Policies CS16 and DM10, and this harm outweighed the modest benefits of additional sports provision.
