What decided it

The kiosk's siting aligned with other street furniture, its comparable scale to existing structures, and the street's sense of space would ensure it does not result in visual clutter or harm to character and appearance, and the advertisement would not be out of keeping with the commercial character when subject to appropriate luminance controls.
