The cumulative scale, mass and design of the roof alterations (front gables with excessive glazing, rear dormer, and side dormers) would be disproportionate and incongruous, dominating the host dwelling and harming the character and appearance of the street scene contrary to Policy JP-P1 and SPD4 guidance.
