The Inspector's interpretation that a hypothetical line should be drawn through the walls forming the principal elevation and extended to the plot boundaries, rather than drawn parallel to the road, meant the proposed outbuilding would not extend forward of the principal elevation and thus complied with limitation E.1(c) of Class E of the GPDO.
