What decided it

The removal of the sand school from the current proposal, combined with the modest scale and siting of the stable within an area of existing spoil and well-established screening, addressed the concerns raised in the previous appeal and demonstrated that the development would have an acceptable impact on character and appearance without resulting in overdevelopment.
