‘The planning permission granted for S/03/653 does not include an external garden area. I would like to include the area as defined in this application not only to afford external space to the premises but also because this area could not be used for agricu ltural use given its location to the property and the road/path between the land and the remainder of the agricultural land. At the moment members of the public are able to access the area from the public footpath and this gives issues of security and privacy that I would like to mitigate’
