What decided it
The proposal accords with the development plan, the Council can demonstrate a 5-year housing land supply, and all material concerns regarding character, highways, flood risk and ecological integrity can be adequately addressed through conditions and the s.106 agreement.
The benefits of residential development in a sustainable location, contributing to housing supply and affordable housing provision, were not outweighed by any identified harms, as all concerns regarding character, highways, drainage and ecology were capable of mitigation through conditions and obligations.
