The proposal would not cause harm to the attractiveness of the public realm or undermine improvements made to it, as the Street Hub would appear a modern, purpose-designed unit with simple form and slender proportions complementing existing street furniture, and the illuminated displays would be consistent with the existing character of signage and advertising in this commercial area.
