What decided it

The Noise Assessment Report, undertaken by acoustic consultants in accordance with BS4142 guidance and taking account of the specific characteristics of the site and proposed operating hours, demonstrated that noise levels would not materially harm neighbouring residents' living conditions, and the Council provided no substantive alternative evidence to contradict this conclusion.
