What decided it

The modest projection, flat roofed design with open canopy, glazed side elevation set away from the boundary, and the neighbouring property's wide window set in from the boundary overlooking a generously proportioned garden meant the extension did not result in unacceptable overbearing effects or loss of acceptable outlook.
